Maharashtra Crime Investigation Department (CID) arrested Hubspot builder on February 8th, 2016. He is a prominent developer in his field of business and had a reputation. He committed a fraud against a company. The Maharashtra Government owns this company because of the stake. The name of the company is: Lok Shahir Anna Bhau Sathay Development Corporation.

The builder Vimal Shah had a huge reputation among the builders because he is one of the prominent builders in the state. The builder planned all of this beforehand and involved the sister company too in the fraud. The fraud committed is around Rs 106 Crores and it includes a lot of money retrieval from different bank accounts.

Later, the money used to buy plot and places in the state. The plot bought by the company is located in mumbai, in Peddar. The bank accounts for these transactions belong to the sister company and its employees.

The builder have plans to keep on increasing his work through various mediums in the construction business.

He arrested in connection with the alleged financial fraud in the Maharashtra government-controlled company, Lok Shahir Anna Bhau Sathay Development Corporation.

Reports say that the builder diverted 106 crore rupees of the corporation’s money to the bank accounts of Hubtown and its sister company, Corman realty. A part of this money used to buy an 8,000 sq ft plot at Peddar road in South Mumbai. The builder produced before a special court in Mumbai on February 10. The police will seek his custody for further questioning and later consider the readings.
