On the basis of FIRs lodged by Rajasthan Police under different sections of the IPC against Suresh Kumar alias Suresh Bishnoi, Suresh Dhaka, Bhupendra Saran, and other associated people, the ED launched an investigation under the PMLA, 2002.
An ED investigation found that the accused people leaked the question paper for the General Knowledge of Senior Teacher Grade II Competitive Examination, 2022, which would be held by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission on 21.12.2022, 22.12.2022, and 24.12.2022.

The stolen paper was sent to applicants for a fee of Rs. 8 to 10 lakh per contestant. The aforementioned leaked material was distributed to around 150 applicants in Udaipur and 30 candidates in Jaipur. It is also revealed that these accused individuals are involved in other malpractices such as a paper leak racket and the employment of dummy applicants in competitive examinations, among other things. More research is being conducted.
