RegtechTimes LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Products that have been purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products that are not in their original packaging

Cancellation Policy
RegtechTimes LLC offers a 14-day cancellation policy on all events. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so within 14 calendar days of the event start date. Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to an event start date are subject to a 50% administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after the start date of the event.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date. We will process your cancellation within 10 business days of receiving your request.
Please note that the following events are not eligible for cancellations:
- Events that have already started
- Events that are sold out
- Events that are part of a series
