GST fraud: Rs 720 crore input tax credit claimed illegally.

During the search at the premises of Abans Enterprises Limited, a huge number of documents and evidence including sale-purchase agreements, rubber stamps, bank letter pads among others were found. It was later learnt that all these firms were involved in illicity claiming ITC without physical movement of goods.
